Join us soon for a walk or workshop.
We are a welcoming group for all ages and abilities, promoting physical health, mental well-being, and social connection through local walks. We’ll explore scenic routes, combat isolation, and foster supportive relationships. Optionally before each walk, free coffee and lunch is available at The Hub Cafe to encourage community bonding.
